I can understand that. People that have been close to being barred/done something have been limited to 3 pints here; but that is in each bar they go to. So, either way there is n o way you can enforce something like this with the idea that no one has more that 5 or 10 drinks a night, without someone following them/some kind of rediculous CCTV- which I don't really agree with myself.

To be fair, do you drink? How many of you do?

A lot of people who are out may have a lot, but most aren't sick or embarrass themselves that badly, at least- not on purpose. It is their responsibility to learn how to control themselves. Cops have a hard enough time with drunks already. Only time I feel anyone has any right to know how much someone has had to drink if they have committed any violence or they were caught driving or some other such insanity.
